Three golds for Italy in Singles Events one for Slovakia

1st seeded players won the title in the U13 and U11 Girls Singles
Italian Cristiana DUMITRACHE won third title at the Hungarian Mini Cadet Championships in Tata in her career. She remained unbeaten in the U13 Girls Singles Event category as well as in the Girls Team Event like in 2011. She beat the Belarus Nadezhda BOGDANOVA by three sets to nil at the Final Stage. Third place were Margarita Baltushite and Teodora CIULICA.
Ema LABOSOVÁ was the best in the U11 Girls Singles category. The French Célia SILVA got the silver medal, third placed were compatriot Silva, Hélene Witz and Krisztina VARGA
from the club of CSS Tirgu Mures.
Italian victories in both Boys Singles Events
Daniele PINTO overcame No1 seed Filip RADOVIC on the match for gold in the U13 Boys Singles category so the Italian youngster left Tata with title of Boys Team and Singles Event.
He won in five games in the final hurdle. The bronze medalists winners were Fredrik MERINGDAL form Norway and the Slovenian Tilen Cvetko.
Carlo ROSSI (ITA) won the gold medal of the U11Girls Singles Event. Rossi beat Kay Stumper 3:1 in the Final. 1st seeded Artem TIKHONOV suffered defeated against silver medalist Stumper in four sets at the Semi Final Stage while the gold medalist Carlo ROSSI overcame the Austrian Maciej Kolodziejczyk in the other Semi Final match.
Nem álltak messze az éremszerzéstől versenyzőink
Közzétéve: 2012-01-08 | A szombati versenynapon csoportgyőzelmet szerző négy magyar fiatal közül hárman beverekedték magukat versenyszámuk negyeddöntőjébe, sajnos azonban az éremszerzés végül nem jött össze a 22 országot számláló tatai újonc seregszemlén.
A kislányok 11 éven aluli korosztályában Nagypál Mártát és Harasztovich Fannit egyaránt egy hajszál választotta el az elődöntőbe jutástól, mindketten döntő játszmás kiélezett mérkőzésen maradtak alul soros ellenfelükkel szemben. Harasztovich Fanninál az első kiemelt fehérorosz Labosová, Nagypál Mártánál pedig a francia Silva Celia bizonyult jobbnak a negyeddöntőben.
A 13 éven aluli fiú versenyében a másodikként rangsorolt Heiszman Henrik ugyancsak 2:1-es játszmaelőnyre tett szert a négy közé jutásért egy norvég versenyző ellen, a harmadik és negyedik felvonás viszont a skandináv Meringdal győzelmével zárult, szertefoszlatva ezzel az újabb magyar éremszerzési reményeket.
A fiatalabbik fiú kategóriában Juhász Patrik rukkolt elő negyeddöntőt érő teljesítménnyel, miután a főtáblán egy fehérorosz és egy román játékost ugyancsak három szettben búcsúsztatott. Végül csak az a moszkvai Artem Tikhonov tudta megállítani őt, aki a korosztály első kiemeltjeként jutott a vasárnap délutáni elődöntőbe.

Titles for Italy in both Team Events

The team of Italy „A” won the title in the Boys Team Event at the Hungarian Mini Cadet Open after beat the Romanian CS Pristavu „A” 3:1 at the final hurdle. The Italian youngsters played in fine form on the road to gold medal, defeated in close match TTV Niedersachsen „B” (3:2) at the Quarter Final Stage before won against Poland in Semi Final.
The bronze medalists winners were Poland and TTV Niedersachsen „A”
Boys Team Event
Quarter Finals: Poland – Israel „B” 3:1, Italy „A” – TTV Niedersachsen „B” 3:2, CS Pristavu „A” – Austria 3:0, TTV Niedersachsen „A” – Norway 3:0
Semi Finals: Italy „A” – Poland 3:0, CS Pristavu „A” – TTV Niedersachsen „A” 3:1
Final: Italy „A” – CS Pristavu „A” 3:1
The Italian girls team defended the team event title after overcome Dinamo Minsk „A” by three to one at the Final Stage. Cristiana Dumitrache who was member of the Italian golden team in 2011 leaded her team to victory. She remained unbeaten during the whole team event.
Runner up team of Dinamo Minsk „A” beat Sweden at the Semi Final Stage before suffering defeat against Italy while the winners of the Girls Team Event overcame CSM Giurgiu „A”.
